Making the park and the Grand Teton Range one of the most visited sites in the United States. When visiting the Grand Teton Park there is imperative information you must know in order to make your visit a pleasant and enjoyable one.

Grand Teton National Park is located in the northwestern section of Wyoming. It has great views with immaculate mountains and clear bustling streams. All of this beauty is in direct contrast to the Grand Teton range of mountains peering up above it.

If you want to have a camping at Grand Teton Park, there are six different campsites available to suit your needs. Colter Bay, Flagg Ranch, GrosVentre, Jenny Lake, Lizard Creek and Signal Mountain. All of the campgrounds are open from early May until Late September. These months lapse the high and mid seasons of travel that particular region in Wyoming.

Many outdoor activities are available at Grand Teton Range. In the summer you can walk, hike, swim, fish, boat and view wildlife. In the winter you can ski, snowboard and even snowshoe. There are regulations, fees, permits and/or licensee required for some of these activities so be sure upon your arrival to head to the visitor’s center or ranger station.
